Excellent location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting out to take in evening meal at sunset. Saw dolphins almost every working day! The place was the perfect getaway and we relished coming back to your clean and spacious place after days around the beach! Kasie Posted: three/29/2025

The house is as advertised - nothing fancy on the house but excellent location about the beach. No, the house is not full from the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of place for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't a lot of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or destroy.

I can not understand any medicinal-benefits poor reviews remaining about this place. it's only remarkable. the only unfavorable thing I am able to say about it can be that the walkway to the beach needs a little little bit of love. there are thorns that will Reduce you but as long when you observe where you step, this shouldn't be a problem. or just bend down and pull the little thorn stick things out with the sand and toss them aside. it has everything you need. pots, pans, plates, cups, cooking utensils, and plenty of other kitchen area materials. it had been clean and it absolutely was pretty. I will book this very same home with the same time next year. the water in Indian Pass is pretty murky but Will not LET THIS STOP YOU FROM COMING To your AREA! we swam in that water and it had been just as good as the surrounding blue waters. it truly is very close to many places with clear blue water. cape san blas is right down the road along with the water there is pretty. its also a short drive to port st joe and those beaches are breathtaking. you MUST go to st George island! its also a very short drive from this house and we used many days there.

I did love you had 2 king beds that was nice. The coffee table was broken, 2 on the three plastic chairs outside were being damaged.
